Maintenance
In the event of manufacture, failures occur during the warranty period repairs, parts replacements and delivery or any other related concern will be subject to our policies for further information.
Exception
Warranty will not be valid and cancelled if the customer served the machine by third-party maintenance provider not authorized by the manufacture.
Failures
Failures covered by warranty, which are manufacturing failures occur despite following the proper installation and operational techniques while using the product. Any other failures will be handled by our maintenance team likewise described in the manufacture operation manual
Buyer’s Responsibility
Buyer’s Responsibility: Product Serial numbers must be kept and secured from lost, erase or damage: Since it is the authentic reference. In case of missing or manipulated serial numbers (mkayn) have the rights to void and cancel the warranty.
Warranty Period
All products covered by (2) years warranty starting from the delivery date.
