We are committed to providing our customers with a unique experience. If a customer wants a refund, we will refund their money immediately without charging any additional shipping fees.

3. Shipping an entirely different item instead of the sold item with different model, brand, or specification like color, weight, and size.

1. Customers who want a refund without giving any reasons.

2. Return fees, which are the product's return shipping cost by the courier.


Refund Time Frame:

If the amount was paid using a credit card, we will issue the refund within three business days to the same credit card account. For cash on delivery, we will issue a bank transfer with the refund amount to the buyer's bank account within four business days. For bank transfer payments, we will issue a bank transfer with the refund amount to the buyer's bank account within four business days.
