Go to the my Orders Section of your account to check the status of your order. If your order is "processing" that means we have received and have begun preparing your order. For pickup orders, order status will change to "ready for pickup" after your order has been picked and is ready for you to pick up at the store. For shipping orders, the order status will change to "shipped" when it has left our warehouse facility.

To maintain accuracy and efficiency in our order process, we can't alter any orders after they have been placed. If you would like to add to or modify your order, please contact our Customer Solutions team to cancel the order and reorder exactly what you need.

Please contact our Customer Solutions team immediately if you would like to cancel an order. We can cancel an order up until it has shipped.

To protect your personal information, we require all orders to be placed online through our secure server and can't accept orders via phone. Our Customer Solutions team would be happy to walk you through the checkout process or answer any questions you may have!

We ship in-stock orders within one to two business days. Occasionally an item will be temporarily out of stock, causing delays in shipping. If you have a time constraint on your order, you can contact our Customer Solutions team before placing the order. We'll be happy to check item availability for you. If there are any delays, you'll receive an email within 24 hours of placing your order.

You can request a free quote on our quotes page. You'll receive your quote within one business day. If you don't receive your quote in one business day, please contact our Customer Solutions team .

To save you the hassle of dealing with multiple shipments, we always try to ship your order in one shipment. Because some items are only stocked in a specific warehouse, your items may arrive in multiple shipments so we can get them to you in a timely manner.

1. Go to the " Orders History " section of your account.

2. Find the order you want to return an item from and click on "Details".

3. Select the product(s) you  want to return by checking the box next to its name(s).

4. Indicate the quantity of the product(s) you wish to return (if applicable).

5. (Optional) In the "Merchandise return" section, provide an explanation for the return, which can help the shop team better understand the reason for the request.

6. Click on "Request a return".

By following these simple steps, the customer can initiate the return process quickly and easily.

There are certain events you will not be able to return the product or get a refund, fall under the below circumstances:

  1. In case of you file the refund claim after (15) days passed from the delivery date.
  2. If the product was Used, Damaged or Not as in the same condition as the delivery condition.
  3. Consumed, Used, or Installed products.
  4. Manipulated and modified products or serial number has been erased.
  5. Products without price tags, labels, original packing, or any missing accessories.
  6. Fragile products or intended to be used for cleaning purposes.

Sure, you can return the product you no longer need. We understand our customer’s rights to get the exact desired product in addition to changing their minds in this concern. In this case, all you have to do,  contact our Customer Solutions Team immediately if you would like to cancel an order. We can cancel an order up until it has shipped.

 

In the event, you have already received the product you can return it within (14) days from the delivery date subject to the terms of Return Conditions .

At first, please accept our apologies for this non intended mistake. You can return the product in the same condition and original packing upon delivery, 

1. Go to the "Orders history" section of your account.

2. Find the order you want to return an item from and click on "Details".

3. Select the product(s) you  want to return by checking the box next to its name(s).

4. Indicate the quantity of the product(s) you wish to return (if applicable).

5.  In the "Merchandise return" section, choice an  reason for the return 

 - wrong product- 

6. Click on "Request a return".

By following these simple steps, the customer can initiate the return process quickly and easily.

  1. If you received the product in Faulty or damaged condition, however, you can return the product in the same original packing and delivery conditions. once we receive the product, it will be subject to inspection and diagnosis by our team, in the case of a manufacture fault or damage reported, immediately we will initiate the refund process.
