The unit features a compact design that combines pasteurization and freezing functions in one machine, saving space and simplifying the production process. In addition, the two separate cylinders, one for pasteurization and the other for freezing, ensure optimal processing of ingredients and a creamy, smooth texture for the gelato.

The ICETEAM Compacta 6 is easy to use thanks to its intuitive control panel and automated functions that facilitate the production process.

Horizontal mixer - The ingredients are poured

into the hopper of the top cylinder. High rotation speed allows the dispersion of dry ingredients in the mix.

Direct transfer - The mix is transferred to the freezing cylinder through an outer spigot.

Batch freezer - Pressing the button with the

cone will start the gelato production cycle. An acoustic/visual signal shows that the gelato is ready.

Pasteurization - Pressing the heating button will start the cycle, which can be adjusted up to 105°C. The control buttons are immediately interpretable; an acoustic/visual signal shows that the temperature has been reached.
