OMAJ PRO Pizza & Sandwiches Prep Chiller With Three Doors

Designed for sandwich and salad preparation, the ASUB-72-P27 mega top prep table has a top rail compartment for 27 sixth-size pans, which keep toppings and sauces close to the cutting board but are sold separately. Additional ingredients can be stored in the cabinet base on three shelves. The base has three hinged doors, and each one stays open at 90 degrees and features a space-saving, recessed handle.

Featuring a rear-mounted design, the refrigeration system in this table uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant—a more environmentally friendly alternative to standard options. The system keeps the temperature at the level set by the operator on the digital controller; they can choose within the range of +3° ~ +10°C. A forced-air design evenly circulates cold air inside the cabinet.
