Easymix revo is the pasteurizer for the production of gelato mixes, easy to use and ensuring the utmost hygiene. It allows us to treat both minimum and maximum charges with the same efficiency.

It is possible to change the beating speed by choosing between 8 speeds available.

Thanks to the double heating system, consumption is reduced.

ECO MODE: when turned on it allows to reduce energy consumption thanks to the optimization of the pasteutising process. By slowing down the heating process, PSK pro saves up to 30% of energy*.

* Pasteurising times increase by 10-15%, water saving up to 20%. Lab data on a pasteurising cycle of 110 minutes.

Easymix revo is the pasteurizer for the production of ice cream mixes, easy to use and which guarantees maximum hygiene. It allows you to treat minimum and maximum charges with the same effectiveness. rators to choose very low minimum production options as well as large quantities.

 

Easy Mix is an ice cream pasteuriser that is easy to use, economic, and that ensures the utmost hygiene. It is equipped with three automatic pasteurizing programs:

65° C for milk/cream mixes

85° C for milk/egg mixes

90° C for milk/cocoa mixes

After heating, each mix remains at a high temperature for the time required to complete the sanitisation process, and is then cooled quickly and brought to a temperature of +4° C; an acoustic and visual alarm indicates that the cycle is complete. The machine then switches into a storage phase.
