Saudi Arabia Shipping and Delivery
mkayn offers delivery to all regions of Saudi Arabia, including main cities such as Riyadh, Dammam, Khobar, Jubail, Jeddah, Makkah, Madinah, and Al Ahsa. For delivery time to other cities or remote areas, please refer to the product page during checkout.
Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your order status. If requested, a representative will also provide a mobile contact number.
If Items Missing or Damage Occurs
Despite our careful handling, damage may sometimes occur during shipping. If so, please assist us by following these steps:
- Sign on the delivery receipt after fully inspecting the item.
- Verify the item in the presence of the shipping representative.
- If damage exists, note it on the delivery receipt and photograph the issue.
- Do not dispose of the original packaging, both inner and outer.
- Contact customer service immediately with your order number ready for faster assistance.
Pay on Delivery Fees
A fee of 16 SAR will be added if you choose the pay-on-delivery option (excluding VAT).

Canceling the Order
If you wish to cancel your order before it is shipped, please contact Customer Service Center. If the order has already been shipped, the cancellation will be handled as a return. Please refer to the return page for more information.
Holding Orders
If your delivery location is not ready and you’d like to reserve the items, we can hold your items in our warehouse (additional storage costs may apply depending on item type and duration). Please note the following:
- Warranty begins from the delivery date to your location.
- Order cancellations and refunds are applicable from the delivery date unless previously coordinated with us.
- If you’d like to receive the items earlier than the agreed date, please contact us to coordinate.
