The OMAJ, GF-5B, Gas Fryer is a floor-standing gas fryer with a 36 L oil capacity. It has a stainless steel body, a built-in oil filter system, and a temperature range of 66–204°C. The fryer also has a millivolt (snap action) thermostat, a large cold zone, and a 1-1/4” full port drain valve.
