- Expertly cook pancakes, burgers, eggs, grilled cheese, and all of your customer's favorites with this Avantco EG36N 36" electric countertop griddle. Each half of the 1/2" thick steel cooking surface is designed to heat evenly throughout and is controlled by a separate thermostat knob, which is adjustable from 150-570 degrees Fahrenheit. With overheat protection, power on / heating indicator lights, and 3" steel splashguards on the sides and back, this unit is as safe to use as it is powerful and effective.
- Thanks to its 15 1/2" x 36" griddle plate, this unit is built for high-volume commercial use. The heavy duty stainless steel housing and 3 15/16" to 5 15/16" adjustable stainless steel feet provide durability, while the easy to remove grease tray allows for quick, hassle-free cleaning.
- This Avantco electric griddle requires a 208V / 240V electrical connection for operation.
- This model replaces the Avantco EG36 electric countertop griddle.
3" Splash Guards
The 3" splash guards on the sides and back of the griddle protect the user and surrounding walls from hot grease and oil splatters.
Adjustable Legs
The stainless steel legs that come with this griddle are adjustable from 3 15/16" to 5 15/16" to provide stability on any surface.
Removable Grease Tray
A channel along the front of the griddle plate collects grease and directs it into the removable grease tray. When it's time to clean up, the tray can be removed and emptied quickly.
Dual Thermostatic Controls
The dual thermostatic controls allow you to adjust the temperature to suit the cooking requirements of different foods. This prevents you from burning one product while another finishes cooking.
